Your custom watercolor house portrait will be created based on the photo(s) you provide. To ensure the best possible result, please make sure:
Your image is high quality and well-lit
The photo is taken at the angle you want depicted (straight-on or a slight angle at eye level typically works best)
The photo reflects the season you’d like to capture (if possible)
The home is free of obstructions (no large vehicles, clutter, or blocked views)
Once you have gathered your photos…
Consider if you have any personalization requests to make your painting truly your own:
Remove or alter certain landscaping features
Include a family pet
Adjust colors or depict a different season

I offer a range of painting sizes, each available framed or unframed. Pricing is based on the size and level of detail —smaller works capture the charm and character of a home in a more intimate way, while larger pieces allow for added landscaping, texture, and personalized details.

Timeline, Delivery, and Shipping
My typical turnaround time is 6–8 weeks from the date I receive your photos and confirm the commission details. This allows me to give each painting the time, care, and attention it deserves.
If you have a specific date or occasion in mind, please let me know in advance—I’ll always do my best to accommodate. Once we’ve discussed the details, I’ll provide an estimated completion date, keep you updated throughout the process, and notify you when your finished piece is beautifully packaged and on its way.

Need your painting sooner? I occasionally accept rush orders when possible for an additional fee and any associated delivery costs. Availability depends on my current workload, but I’ll always be upfront about what’s possible.

All artwork is professionally packaged to prevent bending or damage during transit, with free delivery within the U.S. Please be sure to include your shipping address in the contact form when placing your order.
