I offer multiple painting sizes, as well as the option to have your artwork framed.

  • Framing is optional and available for all sizes

How to pay

Standard completion time is 6–8 weeks from the date I receive your photos and confirm the commission details. This allows me to give each painting the time, care, and detail it deserves.

  • Please let me know if you are hoping to have your artwork by a certain date…I will always do my best to accommodate

  • I will provide you with a more accurate time frame for your painting once we have discussed details. I’ll keep you updated on your painting’s progress and notify you when it’s on its way.

  • Timelines are subject to change based on current workload! I’ll always let you know upfront if your requested date is possible.

Rush Orders

  • Need it sooner? I do accept rush orders when possible for an additional fee and delivery costs.

Shipping

  • All artwork is professionally packaged to prevent bending or damage during transit.

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.

After you submit the form, I’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days to confirm details, pricing, and your estimated completion date.

The more information you share in your form, the easier it is for me to create a painting that captures exactly what you have in mind.

Reference Photos

Your custom watercolor house portrait will be created based on the photo(s) you provide. To ensure the best possible result, please make sure:

  • Your image is high quality and well-lit

  • The photo is taken at the angle you want depicted (straight-on or a slight angle at eye level typically works best)

  • The photo reflects the season you’d like to capture (if possible)

  • The home is free of obstructions (no large vehicles, clutter, or blocked views)

Once you have gathered your photos…

Consider if you have any personalization requests to make your painting truly your own:

  • Remove or alter certain landscaping features

  • Include a family pet

  • Adjust colors or depict a different season
